Turkey Vulture at Tomales bay

Turkey Vulture at Tomales bay

Shot again at 1/6000 sec on the Olympus E-M1ii, with the 300mm f4 plus 1.4 teleconverter. The Turkey Vulture is a very large bird, with magnificent aparrel and a fairly unpleasant red nose, in common with several other people I know. The line at the front edge of the wing makes it look as though the background has been photoshopped out, although I have done no masking at all on the edges of the bird. Just the way the photo came out, as is often the case.
