Red-Lored Parrot Launching into Flight from Tree Trunk

A red-lored parrot is captured in a dynamic action shot as it launches into flight from a weathered, textured tree trunk. Part of a sequential action series documenting its flight movement, the bird pushes off into the air with its wings swept downward and outward. The macro photograph details its bright green body plumage, a distinct red patch on its forehead, and a flash of bright red and dark blue on its primary wing feathers. The background consists of heavily blurred green forest leaves and patches of bright sky, framing the parrot in mid-motion.
