Fishermen in Kalamatiya lagoon

Nainathivu is an island off the far north west coast of Sri Lanka, near Jaffna. It contains a Buddhist temple, and a very ornate Hindu temple. It is a place of worship and of great interest to Sri Lankans. It can only be reached by boat, which was packed (I think to the gunwhales would be the correct term), by very attractive and largely devout visitors.
