The False Bay Nature reserve is a newly discovered (to me) wetlands reseerve, located in the largest water treatment facility in the cape. The most fruitful birding area is around a huge hexagonal series of treatment pans, where large colonies of flamingoes, Ibis and peilcans can be found along with around 200 other bird species
