LIndisfarne castle sunset from the east, long exposure.

A wide angle shot at 14mm ffe with the setting sun casting an attractive diagonal. This was an exposure blend of two shots, one for the foreground, and one for the sky. The sky shot was taken for 3 minutes to get the dramatic flare effect.

Lindisfarne Castle is a 16th-century castle located on Holy Island, near Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, England, The castle was built in the mid-1500s, and then substantially rebuilt and refurbished by Sir Edwar Lutyens in 1901.
